I called PAX about a small but very difficult to access job involving a dripping leak. Henry responded by visiting us the same morning to assess the problem, and later the same day he returned with the components and carried out the repair.
I was impressed by Henry’s professional manner and appearance when he arrived, and by the experience he displayed when he began working. I quickly felt reassured that I had made the right decision when I contacted PAX.
In future, whenever I have work which is within his skill set, I will contact Henry at PAX. Furthermore, I would happily recommend anyone with similar needs to do the same.

Henry from Pax Plumbing came today to service and sign off our boiler, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, the communication was spot on—clear, prompt, and professional. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and was so courteous and respectful (even taking his shoes off at the door without being asked).
He’s a real pleasure to have around—friendly, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, and I felt totally confident in his hands. Everything was done to a really high standard, and the pricing was super reasonable too.

Kitchen sink was leaking, had no confidence in the developers previous plumbers, so found PAX via checkatrade.
Very straight forward job, Henry was able to come next day and do the repair.

Needed an old bath removed and replaced, Henry sorted everything, it was a difficult fix in a small bathroom Henry sourced the new bath , it required some work to fit a smaller bath Henry raised the new bath to fit the tile work as we didn't want to remove the existing tiles, Henry worked hard all day to get the job done in one day , fantastic job, would highly recommend,

Pax came round to fix our toilet cistern/ flush, which wouldnt stop flowing. He solved the problem and Installed a new flush. He was efficient and I would recommend him again.
